Article Six: Membership Conditions<\/h3>\r\n

A-<\/strong> Any person has the right to apply for membership in the association, provided that the following conditions are met in addition to those stipulated by law:<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n
  • Must be at least (18) years old. (It may be agreed to require more than 18 years, but not less than 18)<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • Must have full legal capacity.<\/li>\r\n
  • Must work to serve the association\u2019s goals and contribute to implementing its activities.<\/li>\r\n
  • Must agree in writing to the association\u2019s bylaws.<\/li>\r\n
  • Must obtain the recommendation of two members of the General Assembly or one member of the Administrative Board.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

    B-<\/strong> Membership applications shall be submitted according to the form prepared by the Administrative Board...<\/p>\r\n

    C-<\/strong> Honorary members may be accepted for a period determined by the Board...<\/p>\r\n

    D-<\/strong> Legal entities may be accepted as members according to the regulations set by the Board. (Associations are excluded according to the Associations Law No. 51 of 2008)<\/span><\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

    Article Seven: Membership and Annual Subscription Fees<\/h3>\r\n
      \r\n
    • Membership fee of 20 Jordanian Dinars<\/span> paid once only.<\/li>\r\n
    • Annual subscription fee of 12 Jordanian Dinars<\/span> paid in advance or in monthly installments.<\/li>\r\n
    • If the member joins during the fiscal year, payment is required only for the remaining period.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n
      \r\n

      Article Eight: Termination of Membership<\/h3>\r\n
        \r\n
      • Withdrawal approved by the Administrative Board.<\/li>\r\n
      • Death.<\/li>\r\n
      • Loss or lack of legal capacity.<\/li>\r\n
      • Delay in paying the subscription.<\/li>\r\n
      • Dismissal according to the bylaws (harm, misuse, violation).<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

        The member has the right to appeal the dismissal decision within 30 days to the competent minister.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

        \r\n

        Article Nine: Reinstatement of Membership<\/h3>\r\n
          \r\n
        • If membership is lost due to non-payment, Articles Six and Seven shall apply.<\/li>\r\n
        • Suspension may be lifted after the reasons are resolved and fees are paid.<\/li>\r\n
        • Fees or donations are non-refundable.<\/li>\r\n
